Operating from five UK sites, VION Food UK’s Red Meat business operate under established brand identities (McIntosh Donald, Welsh Country Foods and St Merryn Foods) which are recognised and respected by their farm suppliers.

Sourcing quality livestock from throughout the UK, the business is fully accredited to meet customer demands, from EFIS/SAI GLOBAL, British Retail Consortium (BRC) and Assured British Meat (ABM), to UK and Scottish Organic Producers, and Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). In addition, the business also has major retailer accreditations.

VION Red Meat offers products for all retailer pillar brands - Value, Standard, Healthy Living, Organic, Scotch and Premium Beef – and can also satisfy consumer demand for local produce with Welsh, Scottish, West Country and Aberdeenshire beef, and West Country, Welsh, Scottish and North of England lamb.
